How to find us

tonika health is at 391 Riley Street in Surry Hills between Foveaux Street and Sophia Street. It’s diagonally across from The Forresters Hotel and a few doors down on Riley Street.

If you’re driving, please note that parking is mostly limited to one or two hours. Parking is available in the streets close to tonika health, but allow yourself time to find a spot. 

It’s easy to get to us by public transport:

  •       Take a train to Central Station. Use the Northern Concourse, exit 4 to the corner of Chalmers St and Elizabeth St. Walk 500 metres up Foveaux St, and turn right on Riley. It will take you about 10 minutes.
  •       You can take bus routes 301, 302 and 303 and get off on Crown Street in Surry Hills, near the Surry Hills library.
  •       You can also take bus routes 339, 374, 376 and 391. Get off at Albion Street, just before Crown Street, if you’re coming from the city, or on Crown Street at the corner of Foveaux if you’re coming from the east.

Call us on (02) 9211 3329 and leave a message if we’re not available. If we’re busy with patients, we’ll get back to you within a day. Please use our online booking system. It’s the most convenient way to make an appointment both for you and for us.

tonika health is by appointment only. We don’t accept walk-ins as we are usually fully booked – sorry!

Please try not to reschedule. Cancellation fees apply. If you cancel with less than three business days’ notice, we’ll have to charge you the full fee for the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

As a small clinic we have to manage our resources carefully. We kindly ask you to please avoid rescheduling.

We try to keep our prices fair and accessible. So instead of putting the prices up for everyone, we instead charge our full fee for any appointments missed or cancelled with less than three business days’ notice. At the same time we understand that things don’t always go to plan. We therefore allow one exception.

So this is how missed appointments or those cancelled with short notice are handled at tonika health for everyone:

First time: We understand – things happen – but feel free to appease us with a bottle of red or Swiss chocolate at your next appointment 😉

Second time: We will charge our full fee

Third time: We will not make any more appointments with you
