I have seen both Peter (acupuncture/Traditional Chinese Medicine for pregnancy) and Aiko (remedial massage) at Tonika for extended periods. They are incredible practitioners, both very good at their professions, empathetic and great communicators. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for high quality remedial massage or acupuncture. The practice space is also lovely and very calming.

After less than a couple months of acupuncture, my cycle returned. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught me so much about how the body and hormones work. Each session helped me feel calm and grounded, just having that one peaceful hour a week made a huge difference.
