Peter Scarselletti

Peter Scarselleti is an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner with over 19 years clinical experience. Peter’s approach is very different to many other practitioners in Sydney – chronic and difficult to treat health conditions, fertility, pregnancy, female and male reproductive health, and hormonal balancing are Peter’s areas of special interest. He also treats all general health concerns, ranging from stress to aches and pains.
To determine unique information about you and your health, Peter blends a rare combination of Japanese palpation style diagnostics, traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis and French Auricular (Ear) diagnostics. He then treats accordingly using herbs and acupuncture, and will provide various recommendations for you to follow to assist in your healing process.

Veronika Peovska

Veronika is one of our acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioners. Veronika has a special interest in pain management, male and female fertility support, women’s health, cosmetic acupuncture, sleep disorders, stress and mood disorders.

Veronika has also completed additional studies in Naturopathic medicine. This allows her to have a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology, herbal medicine, nutrition, supplementation, pathology and diagnostic testing. She brings these aspects into her Chinese medicine practice to achieve a balance between Eastern and Western, classical and modern paradigms. In a consultation with Veronika, you’ll discuss your current and previous health concerns. She will provide treatments using acupuncture, and may also give you herbs and take home advice to assist in your healing.

Directions to our clinic

tonika health is located at 391 Riley Street Surry Hills. We’re between Foveaux Street and Sophia Street, and diagonally across from The Forresters Hotel a few doors down on Riley Street.

We’re extremely easy to get to from Darlington. We’re about a 10 minute drive, depending where exactly in Darlington you’re coming to us from. We’re also close to various public transport options, including Central train station, the light rail and various bus lines.

Train: Get off at Central Station, then use the Northern Concourse, exit 4 to the corner of Chalmers St and Elizabeth St. Walk 500 metres up Foveaux St, and turn right on Riley Street. It’ll take you about 10 minutes.

Bus: You can take various routes and get off on Crown Street in Surry Hills, near the Surry Hills library. You can also take other bus routes and get off at Albion Street, just before Crown Street, if you’re coming from the city, or on Crown Street at the corner.

Light Rail: You can now also make use of the new light rail service to get to tonika health.

 To plan your trip via public transport, simply use Google Maps or 131500.

If you’re driving, please note that parking is mostly limited to one or two hours. Parking is available in the streets close to tonika health, but allow yourself time to find a spot.

You can also walk to us from Darlington – it’ll take you about roughly 25 minutes depending on where in Darlington you’re coming from.
