Peter Scarselletti

Peter is a Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist with over 19 years experience in clinic. Peter has a unique approach, with a special interest hard to treat / chronic health conditions, fertility and infertility, preconception care, pregnancy, female and male reproductive health, and hormonal balancing. Peter also treats all various general health issues, from stress to daily aches and pains.
Peter blends a unique combination of Japanese palpation style diagnostics, traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis and French Auricular (Ear) diagnostics. He then treats you accordingly using indicated herbs and acupuncture, and may provide various recommendations for you to assist in your healing process.

Veronika Peovska

Veronika is one of our acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioners. Veronika has a special interest in:

• Pain management
• Musculoskeletal conditions
• Fertility
• Women’s health
• Digestive issues
• Sleep conditions

Veronika often see clients seeking assistance with a variety of complaints, including, stress and mood disorders, cosmetics acupuncture, and general health maintenance. Veronika has also completed additional studies in Naturopathic medicine. This allows her to have a deeper understanding of nutrition, herbal medicine, supplementation, anatomy and physiology, pathology and diagnostic testing. She brings these aspects into her Chinese medicine practice to achieve a balance between Eastern and Western, classical and modern theories. In a consultation with Veronika, you’ll discuss your health concerns and medical history. She will  provide treatments using acupuncture, and may also give you herbs and take home advice to assist in your healing.

Directions to tonika health

We are located at 391 Riley St Surry Hills – between Foveaux St and Sophia St, and diagonally across the road from The Forresters Hotel a few doors down on Riley Street.

We’re really easy to get to from Darlinghurst. We’re only about a 5 minute drive, depending where exactly in Darlinghurst you’re coming from. We’re also close to public transport, including Central train station, the light rail and numerous bus lines.

Getting to us by train: Hop off at Central Station. Use the Northern Concourse, exit 4, to the corner of Chalmers Street and Elizabeth Street. Walk about 500 metres up Foveaux Street, and turn right onto Riley Street. It’ll only take you about 10 minutes.

Getting to us by bus: You can take various routes and get off at Crown Street, Albion Street or Elizabeth Street, depending on what route you take.

Getting to us by light rail: You can also use the new light rail service to get to our clinic.

To plan your trip via public transport, simply use Google Maps or 131500.

A little note if you’re driving – parking is mostly limited to one or two hours. Parking is available in the streets close to tonika health, but allow yourself time to find a spot.

If you like, you can also walk to us. It’ll take you about 15 to 20 minutes to get here, depending on where you leave from in Darlinghurst.
