Your first therapy session is designed to release physical blockages, trauma and chronic inflammation that are held in the body’s structure. Your visceral (organ system) is then balanced and stress is released to improve the emotional state of wellbeing. Your initial session is ideally between 90-120 minutes, depending on your unique needs, but shorter 60-minute sessions are also available at request. A second follow up session is usually recommended approximately 2-3 weeks after the initial treatment. These are shorter in duration and typically last between 60-90 minutes.
